What happens to a form submission

The consultation form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes the submission along as an email to this office. The firm's email is hosted with Microsoft 365. Submissions are read by the attorney. They are not added to a marketing list, and no automated reply is sent — every inquiry is reviewed personally.

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with lead-generation services, advertising networks, or other law firms.

Email and web forms are not secure channels, and sending a message through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Send enough to describe the situation and how to reach you. Save the details for a conversation.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.

Text messages

If you text the office number, standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Texts are read by the attorney and are used only to respond to you. The office does not send marketing text messages.

Keeping and removing information

Inquiries that do not become cases are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you and for checking future conflicts of interest. If you would like an inquiry deleted, write to the address below and say so.

Client files are governed by the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct rather than by this page.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. A parent or guardian inquiring about a minor's case should call rather than use the form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page.
